AFTER crossing Antarctica and conquering Everest, explorer and TV presenter Ben Fogle will take the Venue Cymru audience with him on an inspiring adventure.

Fogle, best-known for presenting wildlife shows such as Countryfile and Animal Park and publishing a series of best-selling books, will share his Tales from the Wilderness at the Llandudno venue in September 2021.

The uplifting and exciting show will see Fogle, the UN Patron of the Wilderness, talk about his daring and dangerous journeys across the world, such as his six-week climb to the summit of Everest accompanied by two Sherpa guides, the gruelling 3,000-mile Atlantic Rowing Race in which his boat was fully capsized by huge waves and being marooned for a year on an uninhabited island, as well as his adventures down even less trodden paths such as swimming with crocodiles and dodging pirates.

Fogle has published 10 best-selling books and his adventure TV shows have been watched by millions of people around the world.

He will recount these stories with warmth and honesty in a personal and intimate evening.

The show starts at 7.30pm on Sunday, September 19.

Tickets are priced at £28.
