A 25-year-old man has appeared in court accused of wounding with intent after an alleged stabbing in Bangor High Street on Friday night.
Surcica Mihai, of Holyhead Road, Bangor, who works for a furniture business, is charged with wounding Ahmed Khalil and possessing a knife.
He is also charged with assault causing actual bodily harm to Catherine Cox.
Prosecutor Diane Williams at Llandudno court sought a remand in custody.
Defence solicitor Rhys Tudur sought bail and said Mihai denied the allegations.
District judge Gwyn Jones remanded him in custody until October 12 at Caernarfon crown court.
