POLICE have charged a man following the incident outside the Headmasters Barbers on Bangor High Street on Friday night.
Following CPS advice, 25-year-old Surcica Panait Mihai of - Holyhead Road in Bangor - has been charged with Section 18 wounding with intent, Section 47 assault and possession of an offensive weapon.
He has been remanded to appear before Llandudno Magistrates Court on Monday, September 14.
On September 11, shortly after 7:30pm, police received a report of an ongoing incident on the High Street area of Bangor involving a number of men.
A 31-year-old male and a 22-year-old female were taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
A third male aged 23 was also injured but did not require medical assistance.
Police continue to appeal for any witnesses and anybody with information is asked to contact officers at Bangor CID on 101 or via the live web chat quoting incident number Y134264.
