Ryan Davies is missing from Kinmel Bay.
AN APPEAL has been issued to help find a Kinmel Bay teenager who is missing for the second time in a week.
15-year-old Ryan Davies was first reported missing on August 23, but was then found. He has now been reported missing again and has not been seen since yesterday.
Ryan is described as being 5ft 8ins tall and of slim build. He was wearing black Under Amour shorts, black Nike air max trainers and a grey Under Amour hoodie or dark coloured Under Amour t-shirt when he was last seen.
He was also carrying a black Under Amour bag.
