Around 40 people have been caught by police at a mass gathering in the Presteigne area.
Radnorshire police said the gathering on Saturday evening (June 27) was made up with people from London, Kent, Dorset and Somerset.
Officers shared a photo on Twitter showing several cars parked near an old farm outbuilding in a rural location.
Wales has a five-mile limit for non-essential journeys, and current lockdown guidance does not allow for mass gatherings.
Meanwhile in England, people can travel an unlimited distance for exercise and to access beauty spots.
