A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of wounding after a man was assaulted on Anglesey.
The 19-year-old was apprehended following an incident which took place at an address in Cyttir Close, Holyhead, on Sunday night.
Acting District Inspector Ian Roberts said: "We were called at 9.20pm to an address in Cyttir Close, following reports that male had been assaulted. Colleagues from Welsh Ambulance Trust also attended.
"Members of the public would have seen a large police presence in the area at that time, and I can confirm this was an isolated incident. A 19 year old male has been arrested on suspicion of Wounding with intent, and is currently at Caernarfon Custody."
