A TEDDY bear dressed as a nurse is keeping a watchful eye on residents in Prestatyn.
The teddy sits on a bench in a front garden outside a house on Beverley Drive.
During the lockdown, Kathryn Sprigings and her father, John - who has recently turned 86 - thought they would dress up the toy in the hope it would cheer up those passing by.

Kathryn said: "We sat her on the seat outside in the front garden, then on reading the lovely Journal story of the Rhyl Knitting Bomber, we decided to dress her as a nurse for the clap for carers night.
"She is dressed in support of our wonderful and fabulous NHS heroes and key workers.
"She brings a smile to people's faces which is great."
Kathryn said her father John enjoyed a small party for his birthday and three large chocolate cakes.
She added: " In these strange times we feel blessed to have such wonderful neighbours."
