THREE walkers ignored government advice and travelled more than 77 miles to walk up Snowdon after claiming they were 'bored'.
The people from Birkenhead - two from the same household and one, a friend they had picked up - had already ignored advice from a warden.
North Wales Police's Road Policing Unit tweeted on Tuesday, April 14: "Travelling from Birkenhead to Pen y Pass to walk up Snowdon because you're 'bored' is unacceptable.
"Three reported under Covid-19 legislation.
"They'd already ignored the warden's advice."
