TWO men were issued with penalty notices after taking to the sea to windsurf.
The men, from the West Midlands, flouted Coronavirus measures in place to take to the waters at Black Rock Sands in Porthmadog on Sunday, April 5.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "They were issued with penalty notices and advised to return home.
"Not Essential travel, Risking Lives by their actions. Please stay home."
