A VAN driver was arrested after testing positive for cocaine, police have said.
North Wales Police officers have been out on patrol across the region today in a bid to crack down on non-essential journeys.
A spokesman for the force's roads policing unit shared images of one of the vehicles stopped, explaining: "Van stopped whilst we were conducting checks on Britannia Bridge.
"Said he was visiting his friend in Cemaes Bay. Advised not essential.
"Look at his tyre! Also tested positive for cocaine so was arrested - he should have stayed at home..."
