A DRIVER was arrested in Flintshire after testing positive for drugs.
North Wales Police confirmed that while officers were carrying out checks in Oakenholt on Monday they stopped a car to check whether the occupant's journey was essential.
A spokesman said: "The car smelt heavily of cannabis.
"Drug swipe showed positive and driver was arrested, we're still here to enforce the law."
