Coronavirus
THE number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the UK has exceeded 20,000.
On Monday afternoon the Department of Health and Social Care announced that as of 9am, a total of 134,946 people had been tested.
Of those, 112,805 were negative and 22,141 were positive.
A spokesman also said that as of 5pm on March 29, of those hospitalised in the UK, 1,408 have died.
