Carlisle's magistrates' court
A CARLISLE man has been served with a domestic violence protection notice.
James Wood, 36, of Marks Avenue, Raffles, was served with the notice by constable on November 5 in accordance with section 27 Crime and Security Act 2010.
The domestic violence protection order has been made for 28 days for the protection of an associated person.
Wood must not molest, use threatening violence, intimidate or harass the associated person or instruct others to do so.
He must also not contact the person directly or indirectly.
The order states that Wood must not evict or exclude the person from Whernside, Morton, and he is banned from entering the premises or going within 100 metres of it.
