A MEMBER of rock royalty has has joined in the celebrations to welcome the two latest businesses to a £1.2million development in Meliden.
Jules Peters, touring member of the Alarm and wife of frontman Mike Peters, wa son hand on Saturday, October 26 to cut the ribbon at the village’s Y Shed community hub on an open day raising £200 and awareness for charity Barnardo’s.
The ribbon cutting officially welcomed business owners Ffion Medi Davies of Bella Bay Wellbeing and Sandra Payne of The Craft Hub torecently revamped Grade II listed former railway building.
Ms Davies said: “It was an honour to have Jules there to support the open day. Her spirit and positivity shined through. Both Sandra and I are grateful to everyone that came in support of a great cause. It was a delight to meet so many lovely people."
