A CAR was seized on Anglesey after worried residents saw it being driven and reported it to the police.
The North Wales Police Roads Policing Unit stopped the blue Citroen in Dwyran on Friday.
The driver was found to have only a provisional licence and no insurance.
The hatchback's MOT had also expired and it been declared as SORN - a Statutory Off Road Notification, which tells the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) that a car is no longer parked or being used on public roads.
In a Tweet police said: "Car stopped earlier following reports from concerned residents in Dwyran, Anglesey, in relation to its manner of driving.
"Driver had a provisional licence and no insurance. MOT had expired April, 2017 and the car was declared SORN.
