ANGLESEY fitness centre are now offering a range of new classes to help island residents stay healthy and active.

The Isle of Anglesey County Council’s leisure service Môn Actif has announced new fitness class timetables and a video.

The timetable has been developed by newly appointed Fitness and Well-being Officer Catherine Darch.

Môn Actif offers 78 classes throughout the week, with new classes including Strength and Conditioning, Zumba, Couch to 5k, AquaZumba and more.

Catherine said: “I’m a passionate advocate of health and fitness. I believe that, as a service, we have a huge part to play in developing a healthier community."

“These exciting new developments follow the launch of our Corporate Fitness Package which gave companies employing more than five employees the chance to join at a discount."

Môn Actif direct debit membership is from £16 per month. Direct debit package allows access to facilities across four Môn Actif’s leisure centres. A full membership package (£28 a month) gives unlimited use of fitness rooms, pools, classes, squash courts and a free gym induction.
