POLICE were called after a couple had a sex romp in a park, a court heard on Monday.
Mark Dodd, 28, an unemployed painter and decorator, of no fixed address, admitted outraging public decency in university gardens in Deiniol Road at Bangor, Gwynedd, last month, and disorderly conduct.
Magistrates at Caernarfon imposed a six months community order with alcohol treatment after he claimed the events were a “blur” following heavy drinking with an ex-girlfriend. A probation officer said, according to Dodd, he was hidden behind trees.
He must pay £175 costs. The woman had been cautioned.
