Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor
A MAJOR incident has been underway this morning at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
This was between 9am and 1pm on Friday, September 13.
A spokesperson from the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) said: "The response to a major incident will be simulated to allow staff to practice their individual roles.
"Major incident practice is critical to allow staff to be ready should a major incident ever occur.
"We want to assure the public that this is a practice exercise and not a real incident.
"Patient care and waiting times will not be compromised."
