A FIRE in a flat in High Street, Barmouth caused damage to its hallway and some clothing.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Barmouth and Dolgellau were called to the fire early evening on Wednesday September 11. Firefighters using breathing apparatus extinguished the blaze. But there was damage to clothing and the skirting board in the flat’s hallway.
“We believe the fire was accidental.”
