A BANGOR flat has been temporarily closed due to alleged drug crime and anti-social behaviour.
Officers from the area's policing team have been granted a 48-hour closure notice on the Dean Street property.
PC Lisa Thomas, based in Bangor said: “Following concerns from many residents and businesses in the area, we are pleased to confirm the closure order has been applied for 48 hours.
“Nobody can underestimate the effects of drug crime and anti-social behaviour on a community.
"That is why we are committed to making neighbourhoods safer and more pleasant places to live.
"The supply of drugs affects the quality of life for everyone and we will continue to use every available power for enforcement.”
Anybody seen or attempting to gain entry to the flat within the period could be arrested for breach of closure order.
Anyone who witnesses anybody trying to gain entry is urged to contact officers via 101 or via the live web chat https://www.north-wales.police.uk/contact/live-chat-support
