A WOMAN remains critically ill in hospital after a vehicle drove through the tent she was in at a Caernarfon campsite.
Two men and another woman were also hurt but have since been discharged from hospital.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident in which the four campers were injured in their tents by a vehicle being driven on the Rhyd y Galen site sometime before 1.55am on Monday.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving with excess alcohol. They are still in custody.
DCI Sion Williams said: “We are continuing to support those involved and we are asking anyone with any information relating to the incident to contact us.”
