PARAMEDICS and Mountain Rescue crews have been called out to a lake in Gwynedd this afternoon.
A woman had suffered an ankle injury following a fall at Llyn Mair near Maentwrog.
The Aberglaslyn Mountain Rescue Team (AMRT) team arrived to assist paramedics, who had already managed to get the woman to the ambulance and take her to hospital.
A spokesperson for AMRT said: "The Team deployed two vehicles to assist, and upon our arrival the Ambulance Service had made good progress with their wheelchair and our assistance was no longer required. We wish the casualty a speedy recovery."
