A WOMAN was flown to Stoke following a serious crash between a car and lorry.
The incident happened near Abergele in Llanfair TH, at the Junction of A544 and Denbigh Road - near the old Police Station.
A spokesperson from the Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We were called on Thursday, July 11 at approximately 1.55pm to reports of a road traffic accident involving a car and a lorry near Llanfair.
"We responded with one rapid response vehicle, two ambulances and we are being supported by the Wales Air Ambulance. The incident is currently still ongoing.
North Wales Police tweeted: "We are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage in relation to a serious RTC in #LlanfairTH today."
Sgt Nicola Grimes-Williams of the Roads Policing Unit said: "One woman has been flown to hospital in Stoke and we ask if anyone can help they call 101 ref X097227".
