TWO companies based in a Gwynedd Town teamed up to clear up some rubbish last week.
Staff from McDonald's and Calor Gas in Caernarfon came together to collect waste from the Plas near Maesincla School.
Volunteers for McDonald's on the day were; Kerry Williams, Sara Lacey, Alan Jones, Sharon Pritchard and Natasha Morgan and from Calor; Nigel Williams, Keith Hughes, Kevin Grey, Rob Wilson and Alun Jones.
Speaking on their efforts, Kerry Williams said: "We collected 22 bags of rubbish in just two hours.
"Both companies regularly take part in events to help the community and we chose this place today as some of us have children that go to Maesincla School and noticed the amount of rubbish leading up to it, which nobody else seemed to be cleaning."
