TWO men are in custody following a police pursuit in Bangor late on Monday night.
North Wales Police used 'stinger,' a device consisting of a spiked metal ribbon that is placed across a road to stop vehicles by puncturing their tyres was used on the car.
According to a police Tweet the vehicle "...continued to drive dangerously" up Bangor High Street before being stopped by officers.
"Both driver and passenger arrested and our enquiries are underway."
A police spokeseman said that two men, a 39-year-old and 34-year-old, from Bangor were in custody on suspicion of stealing a car.
