A 33-year-old man admitted fraud by failing to give £6,000 to his sister which had been left in a will.
James Pendergast, of Ffordd Idwal, Prestatyn, was administrator of the estate of the late Kenneth Pendergast and caused loss to Lucy Neilson.
Magistrates at Llandudno bailed him until July 25 for sentencing at Mold crown court.
