VOLUNTEERS from Rotary Club of Llandudno will host children from Chernobyl enjoying a holiday of a lifetime in North Wales.
Every year a number of children badly affected by the 1986 nuclear accident visit North Wales under the Chernobyl Children Lifeline North Wales scheme.
The club has arranged a programme of event for Tuesday June 25 which includes: a visit the Mayor at the Town Hall, a tram ride to Great Orme halfway gate, a visit to Great Orme copper mines, lunch in the Great Orme summit café, a possible toboggan ride, a visit to
Sports Direct for a gift and a photo call and afternoon tea at the Senarth Hotel, Deganwy Avenue, Llandudno.
