Park Leisure’s popular Brynteg Coastal and Country Retreat has been honoured with a TripAdvisor 2019 Certificate of Excellence.
The certificate recognises businesses ‘that deliver consistently great service’.
There is no application process for the award, but TripAdvisor consider the ‘quality, quantity, and recency of user reviews’. Brynteg Coastal and Country Retreat is situated in the foothills of Snowdon, boasting outstanding surroundings as well as a host of on-park facilities and year-round activities.
Stuart Austin, General Manager at Brynteg, said: “At Brynteg, quality is our passion. We’re dedicated to offering a five-star service to match our five-star location and facilities - and now we’ve got the certificate to prove it! Over the past couple of years, we’ve only just missed out on this award, so I’m extremely proud of the team’s unbelievable work in achieving this.”
Brynteg is one of 12 in Park Leisure’s portfolio of luxury, handpicked holiday retreats, with locations spanning Cornwall, Herefordshire, North Wales, Northumberland, Yorkshire and Lancashire. The Brynteg retreat is complete its own private lake, sports activities and spa facility, in addition to two restaurants.
Along with only five other Park Leisure sites, Brynteg is open to holidaymakers as well as those wishing to purchase a holiday home.
