THE first Movable Feast North Wales gathering of the year brought Bangor Pier to life with more than 2,000 guests attending.
On Friday, May 10, guests at Garth Pier enjoyed everything from seafood and celebrated lamb and beef dishes to gin and beer from local breweries and distilleries. Live music was performed courtesy of local bands and musicians.
The Movable Feasts were founded last year by organising group - The North West Wales Food Producer Group. Member Maria McLean said they "could not have hoped for a better start."
"Garth Pier is such an amazing venue and we are delighted to have held our first event of the season here," she said.
"Our producers enjoyed a great evening and the atmosphere was amazing. We should also thank Gwynedd council for support. It’s all about working together to spread the word about what an incredible destination North Wales is for food and drink."
On June 8, the feast visits Prince’s Pier, Menai Bridge.
