A joint vehicle stop conducted by local police, ARV's and the Road Policing Unit saw the driver apprehended and disqualified from driving.
A tweet published by Chester and North Wales Alliance Armed Police Unit, shows that the individual was caught at around 2am this morning (Sunday).
