The assault took place in the early hours of this morning.
POLICE are appealing for information after a man was seriously injured in an assault at the Hafan y Mor Holiday Park in Pwllheli.
Paramedics and Police officers attended the scene in the early hours of this morning (May 4).
Security staff had reported a man and his son having been assaulted by another guest following an altercation.
A 54 year old man is in hospital having received serious head injuries.
A man in his 30’s has been arrested and is currently in police custody.
The assault is believed to have happened on an area of the holiday park known as the ‘Boardwalk’ on the main concourse.
