Home-based runners took the honours when more than 200 runners set off from Llandudno Promenade on Sunday morning at the start of the Conwy Marathon.
The route took runners around the Great Orme, takes in Conwy Castle, back through Llandudno and then to Colwyn Bay Promenade before doubling back along the beach front to finish back in Llandudno.
First home was Martin Green of North Wales Road Runners from Deganwy in 2h 44m 28s. He was followed home by Alan Bodden from Cynwydd in 2h 52m 12s with Ian Edwards of Eryri Harriers from Carnarvon third in 2h 52m 48s.
The ladies race by won by Mochdre-based Andrea Rowlands, running for Eryri Harriers in 3h 11m 21s
