POLICE are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a road traffic collision in Gwynedd.
The incident happened at 10pm, on the A496 Harlech to Talsarnau road, on Saturday, March 16, when a blue Ford Focus was in collision with a 29 year old local man. He was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor with life changing injuries.
