A 45-year-old pervert deemed a “high risk” to vulnerable girls was jailed for ten months after travelling to Wales where he had a girl friend of 17.
Barry Boschen, of Benhill Avenue, Sutton, Surrey, who police found asleep in his camper van 250 miles away in Gwynedd, had three indecent images of the teenager, a court heard. His mobile phone also had Snapchat installed which breached a sexual harm prevention order.
Caernarfon crown court was told Boschen - who admitted the breach, failing to comply with notification requirements and possessing an indecent image of a child - had Asperger’s.
Judge Huw Rees said Boschen made frequent trips around the country to meet people he had contact with on the internet. A worried probation officer felt he posed a high risk to teenage girls.
Less than a year ago he was jailed for engaging in sexual communication with a Cheshire girl of 12 but had been freed on licence in June.
In August police were informed of a “suspicious” vehicle at Fairbourne and arrested Boschen.
