HAVE you used your local GP Out-of-Hours service recently? If so, you can help improve services by completing a short online survey.
The survey was launched on January 22 and is aimed at anyone who has used the Out-Of-Hours service in the past six months.
The Community Health Council will use the results to identify where the service is working well and where improvements are needed.
In order to help them make the case for improvements it is important that they get as many responses as possible from patients representing the full diversity of the local population.
The survey will be live until Sunday, March 31 and is available at http://svy.at/hxqnn
Community Health Councils are independent and exist to improve the patient experience within the National Health Service (NHS) in Wales and to offer support if things go wrong.
