A MAN has been arrested in Northern Ireland on suspicion of committing an offence on Anglesey almost five years ago.
Officers from the PSNI in Londonderry arrested a 22-year-old man from the city on Saturday, January 26.
He was wanted for failing to appear at Caernarfon Crown Court in 2015, for a residential burglary on Anglesey, in 2014.
The man was subsequently conveyed to North Wales and appeared before Caernarfon Magistrates Court on the morning of Monday, January 28.
DS Andrew Davies said: “We would like to express our sincere thanks to our colleagues in the PSNI for the assistance they have provided in locating and arresting this individual.”
