A GWYNEDD venue is set to host an evening with a popular Welsh rugby star.

The Events Room team has organised a dinner night with try scoring sensation George North at the Celtic Royal Hotel in Caernarfon.

From 7.30pm on Wednesday, April 3, guests can enjoy a very special post 2019 Six Nations evening hosted by former Wales international Rupert Moon.

26-year-old North became the youngest player ever to score a try on his debut for Wales in 2010. He has since gone on to score an amazing 34 tries having been capped 79 times.

Born and raised on Anglesey, he was also ever-present in the highly successful RBS 6 Nations sides of 2012 and 2013.

The evening at the Celtic Royal will include a sumptuous two-course dinner, as well as a charitable auction. The dress code is lounge suits and dresses.
