An Anglesey web pervert who admitted trying to cause children to engage in sexual activity, and child porn charges, was given a two-year community order when he appeared in court.
John Raymond Humphreys, 66, of The Bungalows, Amlwch, had pleaded guilty to eleven offences.
A ten-year sexual harm prevention order was made and he must register as a sex offender for five years.
Judge Huw Rees told Humphreys: "You are 66 and you should know better. You have been involved in numerous sexualised Skype conversations with males, females, children and adults and sending contact requests to numerous accounts. Over 100 such examples were found.”
Andrew McInnes, prosecuting at Caernarfon crown court, said Humphreys came to the attention of police a year ago after being in contact with another man.
