ENERGY FIRM Scottish Power says it is currently dealing with several reports of powercuts affecting both Gwynedd and Anglesey this morning.
For the second time in just over a week, the LL54 and LL55 parts of Caernarfon have been left without power.
A spokesperson for the company has confirmed that an overhead line has been damaged in that area and engineers are currently dealing with the fault.
Last week, engineers were called in after vandals targeted an electrical substation in the town, causing an outage to over 2,500 homes and businesses.
Bad weather throughout north Wales is suspected to be cause of the damages, with heavy wind sweeping through the region.
On Anglesey, damage has been caused to grounded overhead lines in both the LL76 Llanbedrgoch and LL68 Amlwch areas.
Scottish Power has apologised for any inconveniences caused and says it aims to rectify the problems "as soon as possible."
