Coastguard teams plus sea cadets, dignitaries, naval veterans and members of the public converged on Llandudno to mark Trafalgar Day.

Crews from Llandudno, Rhyl, and even the Isle of Man joined the seafront parade and commemoration service at around midday on Sunday.

The event, organised in the town by Llandudno Royal Naval Association for the 49th year, marked 213 years since the Battle of Trafalgar.

A parade mustered at the pier gates and proceeded to the town cenotaph for wreath laying and a service featuring dignitaries including Llandudno's Mayor David Hawkins.
