A CHARITY on Anglesey is set to bring back its Community Chest Grant scheme for the third year running.
As of March 1, Mon CF's scheme will see several groups in the Holyhead community benefit from grants of up to £1,000.
At a pre-launch event last week, past applicants of the grant were invited to share their stories with community groups that are interested in applying this time around.
To date, Mon CF’s Community Chest Grant, funded through People’s Health Trust’s Local Conversation programme, has awarded £9,590 to local organisations.
Dan Millington, Mon CF’s local conversation officer, said: "The funding provides accessible financial support that many community groups need to survive, thrive and empower local people to stay active.
"It's great to see members of the community being so involved throughout the grant process."
Mon CF specialises in delivering various employment support and active inclusion programmes on Anglesey.
Their Community Chest Grant closes to applicants on Friday, March 30.
