DO YOU think you have what it takes to solve a murder in just one act?

The Phoenix Theatre Company and Rotary Club of Rhyl are calling all armchair detectives to Trefnant Village Hall on next month to delve into the mystery of Murder on Mullholland Drive.

A spokesperson for the groupop said: "Set in the glamorous world of 1950's Hollywood, Houston McCoy is the biggest and most successful movie producer in the World.

"However, you don't get to his position without making lots of enemies on the way. But does someone have murder in mind and if so who?"

One of the finest Amateur Drama Groups in Wales - having incredibly represented Wales in the British Final of One Act Plays at least twelve times in recent years - the players are reprising the one act play, written by Richard Jones, following performances at Theatr Clwyd, Mold in May.

. As part of the evenings entertainment a Hot Pot Supper will be served and a quiz will be included, and will raise funds for Rotary Charities.

To put your powers of deduction to the test, join the players on Saturday, September 28 at 6.30pm.

Tickets are £15, available by contacting Rotarian John Williams on 01745 342803.
