IT'S nearly showtime once again in the Vale of Clwyd.
There will soon be a chance to step back into the 60s with Ruthin Musical Theatre's production of Free & Easy.
This is a comedy musical play featuring many hits from the Swinging Sixties, including Bye, Bye Love, Downtown, California Dreaming and many more.
The hilarious play is set in The Last Drop, a public house which has won the 'Pub of the North' twice and is going for the award once again.
Can the efforts of devious premises consultants upset the plans of Eric and Iris Dobbins, their daughter Tracy, trusty staff and gang of regulars?
For the nights of April 25, 26 and 27, Llanfair DC Village Hall will become The Last Drop pub with a licensed bar.
Interested people can sit at a table and enjoy the songs and comedy while watching the drama unfold.
Audience participation in the songs is positively encouraged, as is the wearing of 60s clothes!
A great evening is likely to be in store at a fun show, where people will find it almost impossible to stop themselves from joining in with the songs and tapping their feet.
Tickets are priced at £8 and £7 and interested parties can book them online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/ruthinmusicaltheatre
Alternatively, tickets are available at the Candy Shack, Ruthin, by calling Hannah on 07391 715938, or on the door.
