ANDREW DAVID EVANS Keith, Gaynor, Neil, Claire and Julia would like to sincerely thank all family and friends for their sympathetic support, kindness and many cards during our recent bereavement, also for the generous donations to the Bolton Renal Unit, who cared for our beloved son Andrew over the past two years. Special thanks to the six pall bearers, uncles, Peter, John, David(Godfather), Michael, Marc and cousin Malcolm.Rest in Peace dear Son.
