CONWY Borough boss Gareth Thomas has boosted his squad ahead of the crucial Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Division One run-in.
The Tangerines swopped to secure the signatures of three players on the final day of the registration window, and the trio will all be added to a squad that can still achieve a notable treble at the end of the season.
Attacking midfielder Danny Hughes re-joins the club from neighbours Llandudno Albion after spending pre-season at Y Morfa, with the U19 star capable of filling in at a number of positions if needed.
Also returning to the third-tier side is forward Adam Whitlock, who will boost a strike force that includes Corrig McGonigle and Dean Seager after signing from Northwich 1874, where he has been a huge asset in front of goal this term.
Rounding off the signings is goalkeeper Ryan Roberts, who has JD Welsh Premier League experience with Prestatyn Town and is another eye-catching arrival to the Boro set-up as they aim for an instant return to the Huws Gray Alliance.
Thomas stated all three signings will bolster his squad and he was “delighted” to secure their services, adding: “I’d Like to thank the three clubs the players have moved from in assisting with the transfers.”
