THIS SEASON'S first piece of Kon-X Anglesey League silverware will be up for grabs tonight as Bryngwran Bulls take on Mynydd Tigers in the Lucas Oil Cup Final.

The highly-anticipated clash between two giants of the division kicks off at 7pm at Bangor City's Nanporth Stadium.

The Bulls managed to beat an understrength Tigers side 5-2 in the Megan Cup semi-final on Monday afternoon.

Goals from James Ryan (3), Dylan Jones and Andrew Bailey ensured Richard Owen's side a place in their third final of the season.

However, The Tigers are set to recall a number of their first team players to the squad ahead of their major Cup final battle tonight.

Manager Mark Hughes has announced that top scorer and talented youngster Herbie Hofsteede will return to the starting eleven, as will key playmaker Ciaran O'Brady and veteran goalkeeper David Ball.

These will no doubt prove to be huge boosts to their side, but beating Richard Owen's Bulls team will be no easy feat.

Top scorer, James Ryan, is finding form once again now and will be looking to add to the tally of 31 goals that he has already hit so far this season.

The Bulls' defence will also be a tough nut to crack with the likes of Hari Jones and club Player of the Month Henry Caldicott being in terrific form at the moment.

It looks like being a highly entertaining fixture between two teams who have really impressed during the 2017/18 campaign and are high up the Kon-X Anglesey League table too.

Tickets to the match will cost just £3 for adults, £2 for OAP's and £1 for children.
