BANGOR City added more silverware to their collection with another amazing comeback as their reserves registered a 4-3 verdict over neighbours Mynydd Llandegai in the Konx Wales Cup final on Tuesday night.

The trophy is the second for the club following their epic Welsh Cup success and on Thursday City look for the treble when the reserves play Safeflue Caernarfon & District League champions Rhiwlas in the final of the Ffilmiau'r Nant Moorings Cup at Llanrug.

Tuesday saw City show superb resilience to overturn a three goal deficit as Ian Owen, Geraint Rowlands and Liam Willighan had Mynydd Llandegai three up before man of the match Mathew Sergeant pulled one back on the stroke of half time.

Aaron Richmond hit the target three minutes after the break and Gareth Sharp's strike three minutes later levelled matters with Sergeant hitting the winner ten minutes from time.
