LLANDUDNO Junction have secured a host of important signings as they prepare for a return to Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Division One.

The Railwaymen endured a difficult campaign in the Huws Gray Alliance last term, finishing bottom of the standings and winning just one game in their final league outing at FC Queens Park.

A number of talented youth products stepped up as their squad was decimated by injury and unavailability towards the latter stages of their difficult season, and many of their ex-reserve stars have re-affirmed their commitment to the club during a busy summer of transfer activity.

Jack Nettleton really caught the eye when he was promoted to the first team during the second half of the season, and he has resisted offers from elsewhere to remain at the Arriva Stadium as the club looks to re-establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the third tier.

Another notable signing is the versatile David Algeri, who can play either centre half or full-back and performed consistently well in the face of stern opposition last term, with hard-working midfielder Owen Jones also rewarded for his impressive displays at HGA level with a new deal.

Rounding off the recent arrivals is Liam Jones, a gifted defender who is extremely comfortable on the ball, and his experience is sure to be a huge asset to a youthful squad as they look to find their feet at Welsh Alliance level once again.
