NEFYN United boosted their hopes of a top four finish with a comfortable 3-0 victory over struggling Beaumaris Town.

The Gwynedd League side began the game in positive fashion and were finally rewarded on 25 minutes when Tristan Parry found the net following a prolonged period of possession.

This was swiftly followed by a second courtesy of Mark Dunn on 27 minutes, and the home side wrapped up the points on 82 when Dylan Sion Jones finished well.

Waunfawr heaped more misery on basement dwellers Llanllyfni with a resounding 5-0 success on their travels.

Ellis Povey was on hand to secure the opener on 26 minutes, before Jack Evans doubled their tally on the hour mark.

The visitors added a third in fortunate circumstances through a Caryn Thomas own goal soon after, while Sion Ebenezer got his reward for an impressive display with a fourth on 80 minutes.

It was left to Povey to completed the rout with his second of the afternoon on 85 minutes to condemn Llan to yet another defeat, and they have yet to secure a point this season.
