THE SIX Nations trophy is set to be paraded before another bumper crowd at Eirias Park this weekend as RGC 1404 make their debut at the newly developed stadium.

The trophy, secured in Wales’ 16-9 triumph over France, is set to make an appearance before the development squad’s match against Georgia, which kicks off at 7.30pm.

RGC 1404 Head Coach Chris Horsman said he was confident of his side’s chances as they step up their preprations for club’s biggest match yet.

“In addition to our sessions nearly all of the boys have also got club training as well as having to balance the everyday demands of work and family,” he said.

“The fact that that they are prepared to demonstrate such a high level of commitment as we look forward to the match against Georgia shows just how seriously they are taking the game.

“The performance against Sale Jets was by some way our best of the season thus far and we will be looking to take the lessons learnt in that game into the one against Georgia on Saturday.”

Tickets for the match are still available from the Venue Cymru box office on 01492 879771 or from Eirias Park on 01492 577900.
